Coyote Kids at Brighton School

Join us as we learn about the natural world through exploration, games, and hands-on learning experiences! Quiet Heart’s Coyote Kids offers students in grades K-2 and 3-5 an opportunity to expand their naturalists skills and grow their awareness and knowledge of plants, mammals, tracking, birds, and survival in the PNW. We will learn about wild edible plants, animal tracks, shelter building, basic knots, cordage making, fire making, and more. These experiences will extend the participants’ knowledge, confidence, and love of the outdoors as they connect with nature and each other.  Instructors: Jack Batteiger and Kelly Hjelle
