Listen to the birds sing and watch tender shoots expand and leaf buds burst as Spring unfurls! Join us as we explore the plant world at Yost Park. In this class, we will identify unfurling native plants, discuss plant terminology and characteristics, and forage a wild edible snack!

In this nature walk, Quiet Heart Instructor Bryan will first teach some basic plant terminology and then work with the group to identify some common native plants and their uses.  Spring is a great time for a forest snack!

This class is intended to enhance your connection to local plants.
