Join us for a week with plants! In this camp, we will explore the bounty of green allies that grow around us. We will adventure throughout the woods- learning ways of identifying and utilizing the plants of the Pacific Northwest. Campers will learn the basics of plant identification, develop an understanding of the edible and medicinal properties of our area’s native plants, and craft with plant materials.

A typical day at Wild Foragers includes forest exploration, independent “Sit Spot” time to study and contemplate nature, daily projects, games, and free time in the woods. Please note that projects may involve working with knives and other sharp tools. A knife waiver will be required upon registration.

Open to ages 9 to 13.  Maximum staff to student ratio in this camp is 1:9.
