This workshop will focus on how to process various fruits into preserved fruit leather. As we are approaching the late spring and summer months, the PNW will will offer us lots of wild berries to feast upon! Being able to preserve and store them can take our enjoyment of these wild flavors into the colder months!

Ages 12+, 8+ with an adult. Instructor: Jeremy Cobb

Location:Coyote Camp (located at Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation)

Tuition: $65 per individual, $100 for an adult and child together
