Many people are familiar with the word “mindfulness” and know that it’s important for their students — but what is it?! This workshop will explain in beginner’s language what mindfulness is, how it can benefit your students and yourself, and specific examples of how it can be integrated into outdoor education. For those already familiar with what mindfulness is, this workshop will also provide you with specific mindfulness-based games and activities that you can bring directly back to your students!

The workshop is best suited to educators, guides, and leaders of groups of school age student to adults.
