We will practice practice awareness skills, learn what is legal self defense in Washington State through the RCW’s, share stories, and role play scenarios to help support your safety and well being.
Eric (Little Bear) Kitching, has over 35 years of experience in personal protection training and 6 years in community protection and 2 years in security for large venues like professional sports, concerts, and festivals, and 25 years experience in nature awareness and survival skills. Little Bear pulls these skill sets together with the intention to support our community’s awareness and well being. Looking forward to having you in class.

*Please note: It is a student’s choice to physically participate. A student can watch if they don’t feel comfortable having contact with another person.
